Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING: After you place your order, Wild Croft Studio takes 1-5 business days to ship out your order. Phone cases ship separately from art prints and notebooks and enamel pins at this time.
US SHIPPING: We offer free shipping for orders over USD $75 before taxes.
CANADA SHIPPING: We offer free shipping for orders over USD $75 before taxes.
OTHER COUNTRIES: We do not currently ship outside of US and Canada.
RETURNS: Don't love it? Please contact us at hello@wildcroftstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund (just pay return shipping, shipping costs are non-refundable). Refund is issued once we receive and process the return.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Damaged or used items (customer used)
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Returns can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks to show up in your account or on your bank statement. If you are missing a refund, please email hello@wildcroftstudio.com and we’ll ensure it has been issued.
