SHIPPING: After you place your order, Wild Croft Studio takes 1-5 business days to ship out your order. Phone cases ship separately from art prints and notebooks and enamel pins at this time.
US SHIPPING: We offer free shipping for orders over USD $75 before taxes.
CANADA SHIPPING: We offer free shipping for orders over USD $75 before taxes.
OTHER COUNTRIES: We do not currently ship outside of US and Canada.
RETURNS: Don't love it? Please contact us at hello@wildcroftstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund (just pay return shipping, shipping costs are non-refundable). Refund is issued once we receive and process the return.

Returns can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks to show up in your account or on your bank statement. If you are missing a refund, please email hello@wildcroftstudio.com and we’ll ensure it has been issued.

- We’ve done our best to show our cases as accurately as we could, but colors can look different on different devices from what is actually printed on the phone case.
- Due to varying print areas, the print may differ with different phone models.
- Our cases are tough, but to be safe we always recommend a screen protector.
- While installing our tough cases, please slide the phone in from the middle of the case upwards and then snap the edges on. Do not separate rubber lining and outer shell, this will cause the case to be misaligned.
